The Arduino sketch is available here: HVRescue_Shield212_sketch.zip
It should run on Arduino 0020 and later, but I recommend downloading the latest version from Arduino.
Unzip and install in your Arduino working directory.
Dennis wrote an alternate firmware that adds a bunch of new features, including chip erase, flash dump, reading EEPROM contents, etc.
