converting Becquerel to microsievert

Hello,
I bought the Geiger counter kit a few years ago and until now I can‘t understand how it converts the measured
Becquerel into microSieverts which by the way works very
accurate for a toy. I used it to measure the natural
radioactivity of the environment ( result: 1.8 microSv/24
hours) (location: Germany)which is the same measured by my professional
mk-II dosimeter from Thermofisher Scientific.
Can someone please explain the physics and mathematics behind
the conversion from Becquerels to microSievert?
Many thanks in advance!
