OpenWRT as DLNA client/renderer

Since now almost every device in the network has a DLNA server or client functions, I've been wondering if our wifi radios could do it to. Keyword here is CLIENT or RENDERER because that way you can send any music file to it from your smartphone or PC by clicking (or tapping) on a simple "play on >" command. Could be a nice bonus, just press stop on radio and play something from local library :)

There are numerous guides for setting up a server, using ushare or minidlna packages, and it seems they don't have renderer part. Main package one does that is gstreamer, but people report problems. Alternative is https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Rygel, also based on gstreamer and this guy says it's simple: http://blog.loetzimmer.de/2013/01/openw ... esmal.html (it's in german, but commands are understandable) and it doesn't work in my case. Everything is installed, all dependencies in place, process is running but service cannot be discovered in network. On OpenWRT wiki everything seems simple http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/rygel but that didn't help at all.

So, has anyone else had any luck with something similar? Maybe the problem could in firewall or something like that, but I don't see anything suspicios, everything is on "accept" and there is no filtering. My Tp-link 703N is a wireless client also with relayd, wouldn't work without it, but for now I am lost. There are no instructions regarding different subnets on interfaces (eventhogh second one is not used), don't kow if that should be a problem. :?

Lot of views, no comments... oh well.

After a bit of searching I found some related topics, it seems that some versions of OpenWRT do have problems which I see here: https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=42088 . So next I disabled relayd, turned wifi off and connected 703N via ethernet to get nowhere. Disabling mpd didn't help either. :(
