My <a href=\"http:\/\/mightyohm.com\/geiger\">Geiger Counter kit<\/a> makes a cameo in the video.<\/p>\n<p>Note that the SBM-20 Geiger-M\u00fcller tube that normally ships with the kit isn&#8217;t sensitive to alpha particles. To detect alpha particles you&#8217;ll need to source a Geiger-M\u00fcller tube with a mica window, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lndinc.com\/products\/geiger-mueller-tubes\/712\">LND-712.<\/a> There are also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebay.com\/sch\/i.html?_from=R40&amp;_trksid=m570.l1313&amp;_nkw=geiger+counter+tube+alpha+window&amp;_sacat=0\">several options available on eBay.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>My Geiger Counter kits are on sale this month during quarantine.
