Two exciting events are coming up in September – the New York Maker Faire<\/a> and the 2011\u00a0Open Hardware Summit<\/a>. \u00a0This year I’m fortunate to be traveling to New York for both events, and I’m looking forward to meeting other makers and OSHW enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

I should be easy to spot, I’ll be the guy wearing a Geiger counter around his neck (and hopefully not being hassled by security<\/a>).<\/p>\n

If you’re not coming to the summit and you’re interested in seeing my open source Geiger counter<\/a> in person, stop by my booth at the Maker Faire.<\/a> \u00a0I’ll be doing various demonstrations and will also have kits for sale.<\/p>\n
