HVRescue shield

Post by mhankey »

Your product is awesome but I almost didn't buy it and in fact looked for other units that did not require Arduino IDE as part of it's workings.

I soldered the board together in 20 minutes and it took me an hour to muddle through how to program it using Arduino IDE.

I use Atmel Studio for all my projects and have been programming for many years and have never learned how to use the Arduino IDE and never intend on learning how to use it. Sorry rant over!

Anyway got it working using a little creative engineering!

If I converted the code to work with Atmel Studio would you be interested in a copy of the end product?

I'm glad you got it working! I understand your frustration with the Arduino IDE. It's not for everyone!

If you're interested in sharing your code I'm sure others would love to see it. You can post a link here.
