License for derivitive works?

Post by GhostDog98 »

Hi,

I've recently designed a work that would be considered derivative from the original Geiger counter kit in a few ways (mainly layout and compatibility).
I was wondering how you would like to be credited on the PCB, and what license the PCB is under?
I am aware that the software is licensed under GNU GPL, but I am not sure what the actual PCB and circuit is, and if it is using a share-alike license, obviously I would like to comply to that.

Cheers,

Hi there,

The Geiger Counter kit design is licensed CC BY-SA.

This license appears on the schematic sheet for the kit.
